First class service - cannot recommend Andrews TV enough. Purchased our new TV and changed SKY . Paul hard wired all our mini boxes - this was all done quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately there was a problem with our new SKY equipment. Although Paul's work was all complete he did not want to leave until everything was sorted. He spent over 2 hours (talking to SKY for over an hour) to ensure everything was sorted and up and running. His customer care was excellent (unfortunately the same can’t be said for SKY who only want your money and then you can get on with it yourself). The service we’ve had from Andrews TV shows why you should support local family firms for unbeatable care and customer service.

Unfortunately I have had a very bad experience with them.. Had some issue with the backlight of my Led tv.. Contacted them and they were quite prompt to come and take the tv away for repairs as they were charging 60 quids for the diagnostics.. But after the TV was taken, there was hardly any update but somehow managed to get the tv back after 2 weeks without any repairs but to find some new scratches on the screen.

Good work was carried out by Paul. He is very professional and friendly came to installed areal satellite. Explains things in such a way all the doubts are settled. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Definitely recommend.
