My Mum has used this company and after initially being happy with the original job the aftercare is absolutely shocking. Non responsive to calls and then (when you finally get hold of Darren) not showing up when promised. Disgraceful and absolutely awful customer service. Happy to do the original job and take the money but not willing to do any aftercare. Would definitely not recommend….

Good quality reliable service. Darren could not have been more helpful and insightful, he gave us many options to choose from for our needs at our business. We've had various products and services from D B security, ranging from a full monitored alarm system installed into our bar nightclub venue to repairs done to our smoke alarm. Initially we shopped around but D B security prices and service and after service were second to none. We will definitely use this company for all of our annual services for our alarm and smoke detector system in the future.

Darren came to visit us on the weekend to provide us with a quote. His explanation and knowledge was fantastic and he left us feeling much better around our home security. Due to work Darren arrived 3 days later to install 6 cameras, 1 doorbell and a 4TB recorder. Fantastic service and installation. Well done Darren and a job well done. Best wishes Martyn and Katie
