The car went in for a clutch replacement which was undertaken brilliantly . My handbrake was requiring to be adjusted which during their investigation found one or two springs on the brake shoes were not working. They replaced them and now all is great. This was over and above what the car went in for. Prior to the clutch replacement I had the car assessed days before which in their investigation that the clutch was showing signs of wear but could be left it was totally my decision. THERE WAS NO HARD SELL. Lou who I discussed this with was excellent.

I booked an Interim service and MOT with Halfords and also availed of the collect and drop off service. The technician who collected my car was extremely professional and friendly - I only wish I'd taken his name to give him this feedback directly. The team at Halfords were excellent in communicating with me and keeping me informed throughout. The anticipation and anxiety leading up to MOT is awful for me, and knowing that my car was well looked after and without me having to leave my house was fantastic! Thanks so much for the excellent service, would definitely recommend!

Really pleased with the service here, very efficient and I'll be back next year to get my car's MOT sorted. Staff were lovely which can be a rarity at garages. Keep up the good work :)

The best price online for tyres I wanted and even a half price wheel alignment. Overall service was excellent from drop off, to phone call and email once job was completed. A copy of invoice emailed too.
