From the initial enquiry through to installation my experience with Omega Fire & Security has been first class. These guys are friendly, professional and are keen to offer the customer a package which meets their needs. You will not be disappointed if you choose to use Omega Fire and Security for your alarm requirements. My review is based on a domestic intruder alarm system. Would give 10 stars if I could - great work guys.

Omega delivered a top quality and well thought through security system for our home. It is highly intuitive and easy to use. We have used other security systems in the pat and not been impressed but this outshines all of the well known brands in all aspects, including customer care and professionalism. I would highly recommend.

Omega upgraded our alarm system and installed a state of the art CCTV system. Phenomenally professional, punctional, tidy , polite, and nothing was too much trouble. We barely notices that they were here whilst the wrk was being done, and the result is everything that I hoped for, All these five star reviews are not surprising.

Martyn and Andy have offered such a professional and friendly service. They talked us through every step of the way from quoting through to installation. They have catered for all our needs in upgrading an old system installed in the late 90s and have added in CCTV to the front and back of our house too. Put simply, no stone was left unturned… they even replaced all the items exactly as they were found in the cupboard storing the CCTV recorder. Thank you for everything! Faultless!

I used omega to install an all new security system and cctv cameras for my home in Bristol. From the first phone call to instillation/hand over I was dealing with one person, which is great continuity. Andy was friendly, and he and his team were able to get everything installed and set up very fast. He had endless patience for our old house and all my son’s questions. Would definitely recommend.
