Why are you asking my Mother for another £5000 as BT are Changing from analogue to digital, telling her if she doesn't her alarm system will be basically useless? I hope you'll be giving her a refund as you won't be providing the service promised & that's she's paid for?

RACIST!!! I worked here in 2018, after being told I had to hang up on ASIAN PEOPLE because they said asian people are time wasters and would try and haggle the price. After been told that it took 3 days for me to realise this company is absolutely disgusting,other peoples reviews about hassling old people etc are 100% right. Should be shut down they were fined 90 grand laat year for making nussiance phone calls.

Very good system, gives you peace of mind knowing someone is at the other end. Being able to control the system remotely with my Smart Phone is very handy. Also the engineers are excellent.

As others have said; this company breaks the law by cold calling elderly people and attempting to scare them into purchasing a home protection system. They attempt to justify this behaviour by calling it "proactive", but it's still illegal and immoral. Luckily my mother was smart enough to put the phone down on their sales representative after listening to only a few minutes of their scripted drivel. AVOID this company; if they can't even get customers without breaking the law I dread to think what their workmanship is like!
